Day 1: Arrival to Cairo

When arriving to Cairo, our representative from GEM Explore will be waiting for you to help with passport control and luggage. Later on, they'll drive you in our private car to your hotel, to settle and get some rest.

For an additional $45, you can have dinner over a Nile view with a show of a belly dancer and Tanura. Transportation is covered.

Day 2: Visit Museum, Pyramids, Khan and board train to Aswan

After breakfast at the hotel, you will be picked up by GEM Explore Egyptologist to start your journey across Giza and Cairo. The tour will start by visiting the museum of Egyptian Antiques, the home of 120,000 of ancient Egyptian Antiques Collection that dates up to 6000 years old, including the Tutankhamun exhibit, which contains his golden Mask and jewelry.
In the afternoon and after lunch, you'll tour the Great Pyramids of Giza and Sphinx. After that, you will have a 20-minute camel ride across the great Pyramids and visit the Panoramic Place. Then, the tour will continue by visiting the Valley Temple of Khafre.
We can't miss spending an unforgettable night at Khan El-Khalili Bazaar. The Bazaar is in the historic center of Cairo; It was established as a center of trade in the Mamluk era. The Bazaar has various products of all kinds and shapes, from Silver, Copper, Brassware to Gold and Leather Goods.
In the evening, you will be picked up and taken to the train station to catch your sleeper train to Aswan. You'll have dinner there as well.

Day 3: Embarkation, start Aswan tours

When you arrive, our representative will be waiting for you to drive you to the cruise and while embarkation is taking place, our premium chefs will be preparing your lunch to have a delicious meal onboard. After lunch, it’ll be time to explore the ancient monuments of Aswan and you'll start with one of Egypt’s most beautiful temples, the Temple of Isis at Philae. You'll sail there to the island of Agilkia, after visiting the temple you'll get a chance to see Aswan's high dam. From there you can see a great view of lake Nasser. You'll spend the night in Aswan.

Day 4: Sail through Aswan, Visit Aswan monuments

After breakfast, you'll sail to the City of Gold, Kom Ombo to visit the magnificent and unusual double temple with its duplicated halls, courts and sanctuaries for the two gods Sobek and Haroeris. Back to sailing and this time we land in Edfu. You'll have some tea and dinner and then get ready for our Disco party onboard. We spend the night there.

Optional plan:
1- For an additional $130, you can have trip down to South Aswan to visit the Temples of Abu Simbel. There, you'll tour the four colossal statues of Ramses in front of the main temple are. By means of a complex engineering feat in the 1960s and with co-operation with UNESCO, the temples were salvaged from the rising waters of the Nile River caused by erection of the Aswan High Dam. They are a monument to the king Ramesses II. His wife Nefertari and children also have smaller figures, considered to be of lesser importance and were not given the same position of scale. This commemorates his victory at the Battle of Kadesh. The external rock relief figures have become an icon of the city of Nubia in Aswan.

Day 5: Continue Aswan tours and sail to Luxor

After your breakfast onboard, you start with visiting the temple of Horus, This Ptolemaic temple, built between 237 and 57 BC, is one of the best-preserved ancient monuments in Egypt. Preserved by desert sand, which filled the place after the pagan cult was banned, the temple is dedicated to Horus, the avenging son of Isis and Osiris. With its roof intact, it is also one of the most atmospheric of ancient buildings. Then, you cross Egypt's scenic photo spot, the Esna Lock and now you're on our way to Luxor. You'll have some tea and dinner and then get ready for our Jalabiya party onboard. You'll spend the overnight in Luxor.

Optional plan:
1- For an additional $50, you can have a tour at the center of Luxor, the east bank, where you'll have an excursion to some of Luxor's temples including Karnak. Karnak remains the most remarkable religious complex ever built on earth. Its 250 acres of temples and chapels, obelisks, columns, and statues were built over 2,000 years. It visualizes Egyptian art and architecture into a great historical monument of stone.

Day 6: Disembarkation and Visit Luxor monuments, drive to Hurghada

Today after breakfast and disembarkation, you're having a tour at the beautifully painted royal tombs at the valley of kings. For over a thousand years, the kings, queens, and nobles of the New Kingdom (1500-1070 B.C.) were buried in this valley, which is the world's most magnificent burial ground. During our excursion at the Valley of kings, you'll visit the temple of Deir El-Bahri, which means in Arabic, the “Temple of the Northern Monastery”. Our next stop will be the classical pieces of art, Hatshepsut's temple, and the Colossi of Memnon.
After lunch and tea, you will be picked up to start your road trip to Hurghada. Once you arrive, you will be escorted to your hotel to check in and call it a night.

Day 7: Free day with optional Giftun Islands tour

After breakfast, you'll have a free day to spend the way you like.
Optional plan:
For $65 per person, you can have a tour to Giftun Islands. A piece of paradise is located across the waters of the red sea where you can witness the natural miracles of Egypt floating in front of your eyes showcasing the enchanting vision of tropical beauty especially under the water levels where the finest examples of underwater marine life can be located living in total harmony and magic. Giftun Island is a magical location filled with wonder below and above the surface where the vacation of a lifetime is lived.
You will spend some time on the island and near the reefs, then will be escorted back to your hotel.

Day 8: Free day with optional Bedouin Village tour

After breakfast, you'll have a free day to spend the way you like.
Optional plan:
For an additional $45 per person, you can have a full day enjoying Bedouin life. You will start with a safari trip in a 4x4 jeep for 35 km until you reach the Bedouin village. By sunset, you will be able to hike the mountains and enjoy the view from the top. Afterwards, you will have a barbeque and enjoy the most delicious Bedouin dinner. After the party is over, you will be escorted back to your hotel and call it a night.

Day 9: Fly back to Cairo

After breakfast, our representative will assist you with your check out and will drop you off at the airport to catch your flight back to Cairo. Once you arrive, our driver will escort you to your hotel to check in and call it a night.

1- For an additional $80 per person, you can tour some of Cairo's most beautiful monuments. Thirty kilometers away from Cairo lies the site of Saqqara where pyramid building in Egypt first began. There, the Step Pyramid, the Bent Pyramid, and the Red Pyramid are magnificent reminders of the early architecture of the pharaohs and some of the Old Kingdom's most dazzling treasures.
We’ll continue with a drive to one of the oldest and most important cities in ancient Egypt, Memphis. There you'll get to see a monumental statue of Ramses II and a beautiful sphinx carved from a single, enormous piece of alabaster. Afterwards, you'll be taken back to your hotel to call it a night.
2-Half day Coptic Cairo 65 USD Per person This tour focuses mainly on Coptic Cairo. Around Fort Babylon, Egyptian Christians’ oldest churches were built. In addition to being the destination of pilgrimage for people of different religions all over the world, this area holds ruins of the Roman fortifications and several churches. During this tour, you will be visiting Coptic Museum which has the largest collection of Christian artifacts in the world, the church of St Sergius (Abu Serga) which is believed is the spot where the Holy Family rested at the end of their journey to Egypt, the church of St. Barbara, the hanging church, and the old Jewish synagogue (Ben Ezra Synagogue)

3- For an additional $55, you can enjoy the Sound and Light Show at the Great pyramids of Giza.

Day 11: Head to Airport for Departure
