Payment policy:-

In order for the company to make a reservation, it is necessary to receive a notice of your booking request from you. The reservation will be secured when you’ve confirmed your trip arrangements with the company and made the needed payment/deposit to the company and it has been received into the company’s bank account using wire transfer. By making a payment to enjoy any of the company’s services, you hereby agree and provide consent to the terms and conditions mentioned in this page.

Any reservations required in your vacation will be booked after receiving the initial deposit of 50% of the full amount to be paid. This deposit is half the amount of your final payment. In order to guarantee the bookings you desire, you need to make this deposit as early as possible. You can make this payment using a bank transfer or Western Union.


Amendment: Any amendment made to the original booking is subject to availability and if the full payment ‎has been received and/or voucher has been issued, NO administrative fee will be applied.‎

Children Policy:‎

‎Packages or Nile Cruises or Hotels 

Maximum 2 children per double room under 12 years sharing their parent’s room 

Children up to 2 years old are free of charge

Children from 3 years old are 25% of adult’s total cost

Children from 6-12 years are 50% of adult’s total cost

Children over 12 years old are to make full payment

‎Sightseeing tours & optional tours:

Children up to 5 years are  free of charge

Children from 6 – 12 are 50% of Adult’s total cost

Children over 12 years old are to make full payment

Domestic flight

Children up to 2 years old will be charged 10% of adult’s cost 

Children from 3-12 years old will be charged 75% of adult’s cost ‎

Cancellation policy

‎Cancellation should be received in writing documents by fax or email. If a tour participant cancels his/her ‎reservation the following fees will be applied:- 

In case you cancel your trip, the following charges will be applied

Between 40 and 30 days prior, 25% of the entire tour price will be required.

Between 29 and 15 days prior, 50% of the entire tour price will be required.

Between 1 and 14 days prior, 100% of the entire tour price will be required.

No refunds are possible for No-Show.

Christmas & New Year cancellation policy ( Starting December 18th to January 10th)

‎60 days to 31 days before arrival, 50% of the total price will be required

‎30 days to date of arrival, 100% of the total price will be required

‎Cancellation charge to cover the following:

Booked hotels and Nile cruises

Booked domestic flights 

Booked tour guides

Booked buses 

Company administration fees


Claims and Complaints

If you have any complaints while staying at any of the accommodation sites booked for you, we ask you to immediately communicate with the accommodation management, so that they have the chance to find a solution for the issue at hand. You may not have the right to receive compensation if you fail to do so. 

If the problem is not sorted out to your satisfaction, please communicate with our representative in the resort/hotel/cruise, and if the issue is still not resolved, then please contact our Tour Operator. The company will intervene to try and sort the issue to your satisfaction.

In the event that we were unable to do so, and you wish to take matters further, you will do so directly with the accommodation provider involved. If after you return home you are still not satisfied, please write to the Egyptian travel agent ‎association. It is unlikely that you will have a complaint that cannot be settled through these various steps, however, if that’s the case, please be sure that we will always do our best to guarantee you have a pleasant stay and vacation.

Special Requests:‎‎

If you have any special requests that will require prior planning, please make sure you communicate it before your arrival date. In order for the company to have enough time to make the proper arrangements. On the spot requests are not guaranteed to be fulfilled, but the company will do its best.
